Welcome to Health Partners! We are a charitable clinic dedicated to helping families within our community; serving Charles County and the surrounding area. Health Partners was founded in 1992 by Sisters Michaeleen and Gladys Marie of the Sisters of Holy Cross. The clinic moved into the Old Waldorf School in 1996.
